Creating a post

Learn how to create a post!

1) If you haven't already done so, please an account.

2) Check your email to verify your account. If already verified, click on "Write".

3) Fill in the fields such as the title and description (displaying a banner is optional but if left as blank, we'll replace it with a generated color image).

Success! You have created your own blog post.

Request Data Export

Learn how to request a data export of your data.

1) Head over to settings.

2) Search for Data Export or scroll down until you find it

3) Follow the popup instructions and then hit "Download".

4) All done! You've now got your JSON file with all of your use data.

You have successfully managed to export all of your data which includes blog posts, comments and your account.

Using Markdown for posts

NOTICE: You can't preview Markdown formatting before publishing. To view it, publish the post or save it as a draft.

Images

Replace image alt text with your image name and for image path, you'll have to use a website to upload your image on such as Imgur.

Using CYC Notes

Get started by a creating notes.

Please note that this section is currently under development which may not include the necessary aspects to use CYC Notes.

Creating notes

On the homepage, click"Create Your First Note". A dialog should appear and then you can enter the necessary content that you want. Please bear in mind that a title is required.

Once you've entered the fields, click on "Create Note".

All done! Congratulations on creating your first note.

Deleting notes

1) To delete a note, navigate to the homepage or the notes page.

2) Hover on the note you want to delete.

3) Click "Delete" on the dialog which appears.

Deleting a note cannot be undone under any circumstances. Please be certain.

Color Picker

Get started by picking a color.

Pick a color

To pick a color, click on the button named "Pick Colour" which then bring out the eyedrop tool which you can use to pick colors.

Using the export tool

Using the export tool is simple and easy. All you need to do is click on "Export Data" and all the colors you have added will export.
